Blade is a character created by writer Marv Wolfman and penciller Gene Colan. His first appearance was in 1973 Marvel comic books and his big screen debut was in the 1998 action movie, Blade. He is a Daywalker, half vampire and half mortal, who has a simple plan. He intends to rid the world of vampires and their evil. He uses his impressive martial arts skills to help him in his fight to protect mankind.

Costume designer, Sanja Milkovic Hays, whi is known for Captain Marvel (2019), Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021) (Peter Parker’s outfit tutorial we explained here) was responsible for the costumes in the film.
You can recreate the look of Blade for an incredible costume using the same key items. You’ll need a pair of black leather pants, a black fitted shirt and black combat boots. Next, add a tactical vest and belt such as those worn by swat teams or military. The final and most important items are a long black leather trench coat and the black signature sunglasses worn by the character. Extra points if you can add some stellar martial arts moves while wearing your Blade costume.
